    Default VIP Purchase Issue

    I purchased the membership but received no gold, gems or in game confirmation. The icon appears to the upper left and I have received an email confirmation. The error stated the purchase could not be made at this time however it was. After it failed I tried to link to facebook, that also failed. Just a black square on my screen that had the X in the top right.

    I have an Asus infinity 700t

    Default Purchase of VIP, no Bonuses

    I would just like to say that this game is great, lots of fun.

    I literally bought the game to remove the ads as they were everywhere, but the fact remains I had FUN! just not during ads.

    So I recently just bought the game to my google account, yet I did not receive any gems or bonus gold.

    Also I would like to clarify when the weekly bonus gold/gems would be awarded? Is it on Monday at 12am or some other set time period?

    Alright thanks. do you have any ETA maybe? a week or a couple days just wondering.

    We have already solved the server-side issue causing this behavior. I hope we will be able to restore all purchases this week, or early next week latest.

    I paid 4.99 cent became vip but no diamonds n coins please fix thanks....

    Default purchased vip but didn't get the Dimond n coins.....from Google. .

    bought vip pack but dint receive the Dimond or coins please fix android samsung galaxy s4. ....

    Post Finally Bought VIP

    Well, I finally caved in and bought VIP for $4.99 last night because I couldn't stand the annoyance of the non-stop advertisements any longer.

    So...I do have VIP(emblem in the top-left corner), but one problem, never received my 10,000 Gold or my 100 Diamonds, as a few other players have stated.



    I also sent BarbieBobomb a private message letting her know of this bug, but I thought I should post it here as well so the devs know of the bugs frequency.

    Hopefully this VIP bug will be squashed in the next update.

    Why delete your email on a public website for all to see? I thought the answer would be obvious but the short answer is spam. Maybe you have a fantastic spam filter and don't have to worry about it. But from a security and privacy standpoint, I tend to never give out my email address in a public forum if at all possible. Perhaps it is an email you use for junk email, but even then, I try not to give it out if possible.

    Default Xperia sp srock 4.3 non rooted

    I updated to 4.3, hoping that the crashes will stop, but the game kept crashing. I didnt noticed ads, so I thought that maybe the crashes were related to trying to show ads.

    Finally, I bought Vip, and now the game runs perfect. No crashes in two days, Im finishing second characters campaing, and everything works well. I received the bonus too.

    We have just sent out 30.000 gold and 120 gems to anyone who has already purchased VIP but hasn't received the one-time VIP bonuses.

    The gold/gems are delivered by push notifications, you should find them in-game in your message box, if you have updated to the latest version (1.17, released yesterday). Please let me know if you encounter any issues.

    Well, finally received my VIP bonuses! And that's awesome of you guys to give us an extra 20,000 gold and an extra 25 gems for inconvenience-wise!

    Did you check your Messages? Both VIP bonuses are in there as messages. I'm sure you did, but just in case.

    My version is 1.17... strange that weekly reward I got today, but 100 I didn't get...

    Purchased VIP a few minutes ago. No reward message to the in game inbox but I got my VIP icon by my name. v1.17

    Purchased vip when the game first came out, had to wipe my phone recently, reinstalled and no more vip.

    Also if I try to buy in Game currency it tells me that I cannot connect to the server. This is the same on my nexus 7 as well. Is server down?

    As of today (mar 11, 2014), and since the updates that have been pushed after the VIP crashing issue, I still have not received a message nor any gold or gems after buying VIP and notifying Barbie about the problem(s) via PM on Feb 20th.

    Please email us from the options menu of the game if you haven't already.
